Suddenly, you're trying to understand yourself in a new light, but all the information out there seems to be for kids and their parents. This course is your lifeline – a place to find answers, community, and the support you need to navigate this new chapter of your life.

This course is for you if:

  • You’re recently diagnosed with autism, ADHD, or another neurodivergence

  • You feel like you ‘tricked’ your medical team, and don’t actually have the diagnosis

  • You want resources, tip and trick to support yourself, and ones to share with your loved ones

  • You don’t know how to let your loved ones know about your diagnosis

  • You have loved ones who are struggling to adjust to the news

  • You’re feeling burnt out at work, and struggling to find a career path that best suits your neurodivergent needs

  • You’re unsure what government support systems are available to you

This course is also a valuable resource for loved ones, providing them with the guidance and understanding they need to support you effectively.
